Everyone was so kind and the wait time so small comparative to other ERs that I was pretty much shocked. Normally visits to the ER are a nightmare that can last upwards of 8 hrs for no or poor treatment . I went in with a fairly severe injury, fearing as always that no one would listen to, treat or even believe me. They not only listened but clearly cared and made sure I felt more comfortable. Every single person I interacted with while I was there, was kind, smart, and understanding. Thank you guys.
