We recently ordered a new Ford Escape from Capital Ford in Raleigh. Our salesperson, Richard Cappelletti couldn't have done a better job. Richard worked to make sure we were getting the vehicle we were looking for; and he keep us informed every step of the way (from the time it was ordered until it was delivered). All the staff at Capital Ford were very courteous and eager to make sure we were satisfied with our entire experience.
