ATTN to the Service Reception Team, what exactly are you doing? I had plenty of opportunities during the 4 hours I spent watching many of you sitting at your desks, refilling your beverages, finishing your lunches (and for some possibly even seconds, believe me, I had more than enough time to witness the Jimmy Johns drop offs), laughing at irritated customers who you supposedly value. Its completely pathetic and unprofessional. Prior to arriving at Crown Honda of Southpoint, on the phone, I was transferred 3 times only to be rudely misinformed about my car. Not to mention once I arrived, I was completely ignored. It took me walking around the whole entire service garage to be noticed or approached by anyone whatsoever. If you are going to take so much of your customers precious time at least have the decency to hear them out instead of cutting them off, transferring to the next person, and showing no respect for their time or concerns. Communication was absolutely terrible and questions rarely answered. There is no excuse for a 15-30 minute job taking over 4 hours to complete while the waiting room continues to fill, somehow never seeming to empty either Must be nice to know that those of you who apparently can t be bothered by customers at work have that luxury. Wish I could say the same. Please realize most of us don t have that same luxury and HAVE LIVES TO GET BACK TO. Its disturbing to think about the amount of money I spent here considering the quality of service, or lack thereof, provided to me. Never will I return under any circumstance.
