There is no such a thing as "safe" nuclear power generation. Laws of probability tell us that sooner or later "mistakes" happen. Radioactive fallout may take 300 years to diminish by half. Are we willing to test it on us and our descendants? Geothermal or Solar power is safe, clean and cheap in the long run, if our governing politicians will only allow!
