Seriously - Arek and Kristin who manage my building are nothing short of Gods. I've been known to be a bit much..and my dad says I would make a great witness because I notice EVERYTHING.. so of course.. I've never hesitated to alert them to issues I notice .. ( im sure they regret giving me their email addresses:) but seriously though, my concerns are always heard and handled in a timely fashion, the maintenance team at Cornerstone is hands down one of the best I've dealt with in all my years of renting apartments.. and I've done so all over the country and the world. - they respond quickly and they keep you in the loop if they can't finish it themselves. I especially appreciate the fact they leave a note if you're not home and they've been inside..even when I grant authorization it''s a good detail that for me shows consistency with what they do. I love love my building and Im really grateful that Cornerstone has hired professional, personable people who take their jobs seriously who also understand the nuances of dealing with residents.
