I was very happy with our sales person Paul Whitten 2-years ago and the purchase process. But since owning the vehicle, we have had constant issues in which the dealership would not address properly and take care of. I have complained since day-1 that the front end of our Suburban sat to low, causing the air dam to hit things a 'normal' 4x4 SUV would not hit, including clearing a curb at parking spots and my own driveway which is only slightly angled. I complained every time the vehicle was serviced to no avail. That has caused the air dam to be ripped from its rivet points on both sides. Now the front struts went bad after just 2-years (rear were replaced last year after only 1-year). I had the front struts replaced with factory OEM and 'magically' the front end came up and no longer hits anything! I had to spend $1500 for this fix that should have been corrected when I first complained about it. In addition, I am having to spend to reattach the air dam correctly. This is my 4th Suburban/Tahoe and have NEVER had suspension or clearance issues nor have anyone I know that owns GM's. Why would a 4x4 SUV have a clearance issue during normal driving conditions?? The lack of effort on Paradise/GM's part to fix this issue leaves a very poor impression to which I will not return unless addressed!
