Thought we'd give this place another chance. We came here tonight for my friends brothers birthday. We had been here before and got a really bad experience and even told a manager about our experience and he apologized and let us know it won't happen again. We decided to give this place a second chance and came out tonight, we got the same server we had gotten during our unfortunate experience, yet still nothing had changed. Once again our server completely ignored us, I watched as she helped other tables and checked back on those other tables. Our party was split between two servers, and the other half of our table had way better service. Half of our table had gotten their food and no cutlery was given, we waited 10 minutes and when we spoke to a manager we were given excuses of how it's busy and the servers are trying to catch up. So thank you to the one server who helped our party and the manager who tried to fix things for us, but I personally will not be coming back to this moxies.
