I tried calling five times ahead of time to get take out. No one answered, i drove 25 min to get there and there was a line to the door. I stayed another 25min and the lined barely moved. At which point i saw 2 people get take out.. I asked them and they said they answered the phone. I called from the line and on the second call i finally got through.. But was told it was going to be awhile.. So i left..
This place makes great food but does not have the infrastructure to handle peak times. This was a friday night and it looked like only 4 people were working. The management may think its fine not answering the phone while busy but they will lose customers who only want to pick up..not to mention the customers they lose because the line is like the dmv. Several people left this long line.. The company could better with a properly managed team.
