We were having issues with our smart thermostat provided by our security company for a second time in one month. After they refused to come look at it again and insisted it was our HVAC unit I called Jon Wayne. Within seconds Jacob was able to figure out it was a bad thermostat. We switched over to Nest and he was able to install it and have it running in a few minutes. Great, fast, and friendly service. Jacob showed us how to use Nest and answered all of our questions.
