This is the worst insurance I have ever had. The customer service reps are rude and I cannot count the amount of times I couldn't even get a hold of them because their "phones were down". When I did finally get a hold of someone, I was transferred from person to person before anyone could give me answers to why my billing wasn't going through correctly. I paid $160 a month and the only benefit I attempted to use was the "free" physical that was suppose to be included in my coverage. They refused to pay this three separate times, for three different reasons, even though it was a covered benefit under a covered provider.
If you get this insurance do not expect to ever use it. They will fight every bill you try to send them, and find some reason its not "covered". Also do not trust the list of providers they cover, I did this and they still ended up saying " I guess the list wasn't updated, your provider is no longer covered."
As a provider myself, I was disgusted at this "Christian" ministry for how they take advantage of people who need simple coverage and make it almost impossible to help.
