Feel sympathy for anyone stuck with this job. Definitely one of the worst run factories around. Don't expect ANY help from colleagues; zero patience and tolerance of anyone. Factory floor is generally full of rude, uneducated individuals who just bicker among themselves.

Avoid work here at all costs is it requires you to work on the factory floor. At least the office work helps avoid the troublesome population around back.
