I am not in the habit of leaving a comment but it is necessary.
Non-responsible accident had in November 2016, my insurance advises me this dealership which is close to where I live, so make an appointment for photo expertise.
Once the expert has passed and the repairs have been validated by him, I contact the garage to initiate repairs in early January 2017, I was told that I will be contacted again to conclude an appointment.
Arrived at the end of February 2017, still no news despite the multiple calls or each time promise to be contacted again.
In short, I ended up breaking down and went to another garage and in less than a month everything was settled.
If that wasn't enough, as I wanted to change my car, I went this afternoon with my wife who is pregnant to see for a purchase of a vehicle that I need quickly.
We enter the concession, not a single hello, after 30min have ended up sitting on chairs, still no questions from the salesmen who saw us very well but apparently occupied.
In the end, after 50min of waiting to buy a vehicle, we left, and obviously, not a goodbye or even why are you leaving, nothing at all.
Conclusion, after my 2 experiences with this concession, I concluded that they absolutely do not want to work and therefore do not need money.
I really hope this will guide as many people as possible elsewhere because I am appalled by this garage.
