I booked my car to determine the cause of a knocking sound heard from the front of my vehicle. On arriving I was informed by the service advisor that I will be required to pay R1200 for diagnostics.

My car is under warranty and maintenace plan which has proven well thus far. I was shocked that the service agent was unable to assist unless I agreed to pay the amount.

I decided not to go ahead...

This is not the service one would expect from a prestigous dealership and is the second bad experience , I will happily never return!
