We were a little skeptical coming because of the reviews, but I do want everyone to know that we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were wonderful and always smiling. They genuinely put their guests first. When we met the owner at the bar downstairs, he was so sweet and we loved that he spends time at his hotel. The manager was great and the drinks were delicious. I will be coming back.
