We are from out of town and only in Austin for the weekend. We got a little lost, and didn't arrive to the theater until 10:20 (our movie started at 10:00). Upon arrival we were informed that policy states they cannot let us into the theater after 15 minutes after the show starts. We had to leave disappointed without getting to see our show. If you are going to deny admission to ticketholders at a certain point, you need to clearly state this at the time of purchase. If you go to other movie theaters and arrive late, you simply miss that much of the show. If you go see a Broadway show in New York or other city and arrive late, you may have to wait until the end of an opening number, but still get to go in late and simply miss that much of the show. It is not industry practice completely deny admission and it is terrible customer service. We were treated like idiots for arriving 20 minutes late and expecting to go into the show. Will definitely not be going back.
