We booked a reservation through "open table" since the reservation was suggested on the restaurant site, and I got the confirmation email. When we arrived they could not find the reservation, which didn't end up being an issue since they were not very busy. However, I would be concerned if I were making reservations on a busier night.
We we had the worst service you could ever imagine. Even though the restaurant was not busy, they sat us beside a table of 8. We had the same waiter as that table, even though there were other waiters with a table of one or two. Our waiter basically ignored us, never checked to see how we liked our food, and at end of the night it took him 15 minutes to come and give us our check.
The food was fair, but very small portions for a very high price. We never got to desert, because it took the waiter so long to come back to the table after it was cleared, that we just wanted to get out.
