Absolutely shocking customer service. I bought a ticket from young dundas square and the agent who I purchased the ticket from never gave me my ticket upon purchase. I noticed my friends recieved one so I went back to the booth to politely ask for a reprint or if there was one at the booth. However I was refused a reprint as the ticket "was given to me" but I never received it. On top of that, I had to repurchase a $45 ticket that I never received in the first place (!!!!!). I called the main office, explained the situation and they refused a refund too. Such manipulative policies abusing tourists who just want to explore the city, would NOT recommend.
