Absolutely horrible customer service, the front desk was far from accommodating in the least and the concierge was clueless. I've NEVER been in a hotel that is SO COLD; are they too cheap or cash strapped to pay the gas bill or what? I'm a Platinum or Gold Elite member at Marriott, SPG, IHG, and Hilton, THIS is why I don't bother wasting my time and money at Hyatt. Just pathetic.
