We had the pleasure of meeting Jim when we purchased our first lease in 2010. I can see why he's still a valued employee at Twin City. It's like sitting down with a family member you really like and haven't seen for a while. He puts you very at ease with the whole process (which is a minimal process as it is!) and is very up front with the total costs involved. I was also impressed with how this dealership works together as a team. I have no problem referring Jim to my friends or family!
