I WISH I could give buckeye zero stars. For one, when I cancelled service after a year they automatically charged my credit card $719. So, I cancelled/disputed it, because I did not owe $719. Then, when I spoke to them, they agreed that I didn t owe $719 and that a random $300 charge was a mistake!! So I asked them to send me an updated bill so I could proceed to pay. Hmmm. So fast forward to now, and I just received the bill for $419 due 12/22. GREAT! BUT, 2 days later I received a letter from a creditor on behalf of buckeye. What!? That s absurd. So I calmly called them and spoke to REGINA. she was very rude. I mean rude. Told me I need to concentrate on the creditor and not them. Are you kidding me! I told her the whole situation and she continued to interrupt me and be just downright rude. I told her she should concentrate on customer service. I asked for a manager and she told me one isn t available. I hope this place straightens up, or goes out of business. Had I not disputed the bill to begin with, I would ve been overcharged $300, which I work very hard for. Unbelievable. Happy holidays!

Oh, and when I asked for her last name or at least her employee ID so I could reference her on a complaint, she refused both and said she s in the system as REGINA.
