My only complaint is that when I first went, it was Saturday, and the place was a nightmare!!! SO busy. I had lots to do that day, so I.couldn't just wait around for 20 to 30 minutes just to get started. Wish I could've had an actual appointment that day, because I work during the week. Also, parking was weird, with some lanes blocked.
Having said all that, my experience with Lisa on Monday & Tuesday was GREAT!!!! She really worked hard to make everything work into my budget.
I lLOVE my Mini Countryman!!!
I will definitely recommend to friends and family. (But not on a Saturday!! )
