I have been a member for over a year and the staff at the Douglas Dale club are awesome and always friendly when you go in. My issue lies with the membership services. I needed to cancel my membership due to not being able to attend due to covid. When you disagree with what they are saying they just stop replying to your emails and do what they want including charging you a month's worth of fees regardless without even trying to fix the issue. When they seen the original 1 star review the owner reached out to me he fixed the issues and was fast looking into it.
