Very poor customer service. Contrary to their response below, they never even attempted to contact me. I emailed them to explain a product they carried was defective, and included examples of the photographs. Since the purchase was past 30 days, they could decline my report of a defective product on eBay and that s what they did. The item was only $18 and they offered no replacement, partial refund or even an email in response. I d think twice about spending money on high end photo equipment with them when they are so set on not accepting or even offering a store credit for a defective item. Apparently customer service is their last concern and will accept negative reviews and feedback rather than work with a customer.
