If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The incompetence is astounding. The people at the front desk will tell you one thing regarding policy/general appointment info and the doctors will tell you something completely different. For example, I asked the front desk if they did the rapid COVID test and they said yes and made an appointment for me to speak with a nurse. Once the nurse called me back she said they don t actually do that test. Another time I called four days in a row asking for a COVID test and the front desk continuously assured me the nurse would call me back when she had time-she never did. Another example of their incompetence was when I thought I fractured my shin. I made an appointment and saw a nurse who told me she thought it was best to schedule an X-ray. She told me I would get a letter in the mail letting me know when she had scheduled it. Months went by and there was nothing so I assumed she forgot. 11 MONTHS LATER I got the letter (by that time it was feeling better, you know since it was almost a year later, so I didn t go). I chose this place as my PCP because it was close to my house. If you can go somewhere else...do that.
