If i could have given a 0.5 point that's what i would have rated my experience. Very bad experience . Purchased a business, requested a transfer of ownership and finally cancellation of some services since the associated costs did not make economic sense. Imagine this needing 4 different reps , 3 case numbers to complete, some starting and then nowhere to be found. I had to be calling to be proactive each time. Process begun April 15 and ended May 27 (6 weeks), this is just unacceptable.
