This is a joke of a Hyatt. Waited an hour for our room while we had some $70 King crab. Bloody Marys were horrible. The pool was overrun with a family of 30 that were not staying at the property. No Towels at either pool... unreal. Room service items are a joke. $18 flat bread pizza looked as bad as it was. Quesadilla ?.. 2 pieces. $14. UNREAL.
