Yesterday Darren from Vernon's came to my home on time and serviced my unit (as they do yearly). Darren was courteous and knowledgable. What I like about Vernon's is that they do what they say they will do. They gave me a "heads up" call to let me know Darren was in route to the house, giving me time to turn down the music and put the dogs away:) thank you Vernon and THANK YOU Darren for being so nice and through!!
