Extremely busy, long walking routes, few shortened...

Extremely busy, long walking routes, few shortened routes available, often items not in stock. In itself appropriate for an Ikea in Utrecht.

But outrageous that customers have to wait 20 minutes on purpose while staff and cash registers are available to get as many hungry customers as possible to the sausage and meat balls. A pity, because this does not fit with the Corporate Social Responsibility character of Ikea.
