Location of this hotel is great. About 10 minute walk to Times Square, close to St Peter's, Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller center, etc., all at a very reasonable price.

When we walked in the lobby of the hotel looked great, and the room was ready ahead of time. We got there about 3 hours before check in time, and they gave us the keys, and our room was clean and ready. Pretty good as we were tired from the flight.

The room itself was okay. It was a fair size, with closets, seif, a decent size TV (42" I believe) and everything seemed clean. The room does look like it needs some updating, but honestly, for the price, it's not a big deal. That being said, once you get out in the hallway, you see where the cost cutting is. Now THAT needs to be updated.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the Manhattan at Times Square because the room was clean, and given the price, and the superb location, it was a very good deal.
