After dealing with the unfortunate reality of having a vehicle written off right before Christmas, the sales staff at VW were just the help we needed. Yes we took the time to shop around and test drove 4 different vehicles from other dealerships, but Shad (Sales) and Sas (Sales manager) went over and above in their service to my family and I.
