Was initially terrified because of all the bad reviews. I ordered something online on Tuesday that shipped from Los Angelas, CA. The company shipped it on Wednesday. To my surprise it was out for delivery on Thursday, which was faster than the initial delivery estimation of Friday. I was blown away by how fast it went from LA to Brampton, but mind you my package didn't have to deal with any customs issues or duties to be paid.

When I found out it was out for delivery on Thursday, I selected to pick up the package at a service location because I wouldn't be home. Nonetheless they still attempted delivery on Thursday but didn't even leave any yellow tag... I almost wonder if the driver didn't bother to get out of his truck and just saw an empty driveway and went on his way. The package didn't require a signature, so I am not sure why they didn't just leave it on my porch, though I'm glad they didn't.

I called customer service to see what was happening to my package, and they said it would be available for pick up the next day since that is what I selected and they would not reattempt delivery. It wouldn't be available for pick up the same day (thursday) since the driver probably wouldn't make it back in time before they close at 8PM.

So I drove to the Brampton location on Parkshore on Friday morning before they opened. I took a risk driving not knowing if it was really ready for pick up. By 7:48am it said "awaiting collection" . They opened their doors at exactly 8am and I was able to retrieve my package after showing my ID.

My only complaints are that the driver probably shouldn't attempt delivery if I request for the package to be picked up at a service point. And if they do attempt a delivery, he should leave some sort of message. A message should of also been sent to me to let me know what are the next steps to take since the delivery attempt failed... if I didn't call customer service, I'd have no idea what would happen to my package. Nonetheless, I am happy with how things went.
