I had a wonderful day dealing with Chris Cogburn and Mike Mizikar from the Toyota dealership! Both guys were amazing and helped me obtain EXACTLY what I wanted! I had been looking at Carmax and had decided to go out of town for a car because of prices and availability of what I wanted. I knew I wanted a 2014 Impala (new body style), less than 30k miles and for under $20k. Well as luck would have it, Lithia had exactly that. Chris Cogburn (salesman) was so kind enough to help me get exactly the price I wanted and he made sure the car was filled up with gas for me and it was detailed. Mike Mizikar (finance manager) made sure that I got the lowest interest rate and spent a lot of time researching bank offers until we got what I wanted. Mike told me about wonderful package plans that Lithia has to offer that protect my car and keep it in great condition before I signed anything. No hidden fees or unwanted plans that I know some places will put people into. If you or anyone you know is looking for a vehicle, Chris is your sales man and Mike is your finance guy! I promise with those two on your side, you will be very happy. I know I am!!! I would like to say I am extremely thankful and a proud owner of a VERY new, amazing vehicle that is perfect for me and my family! Thank you very much Chris and Mike!!!
