I am very disappointed with how much this staffing...

I am very disappointed with how much this staffing agency has diminished over the years. When I worked with them years ago, they were very responsive and professional. When I recently applied with them, my interview was a very negative experience. The coordinator I was assigned seemed unprofessional and biased. She questioned my references and my experience as if I were making up my qualifications. It seemed as if she was judging me. She even made a negative comment that she didn't believe that I knew the people on my list of references. I was very insulted. She told me I wasn't qualified for an Admin position with their agency. I find it hard to believe that someone with 15 years of Administrative experience and 8 year tenure with a Government Agency isn't qualified for their Administrative positions. Don't waste your time applying with this agency if you are a person of color.
