Really easy to work with, we had a billing issue and the Lee in accounting/Legal was very helpful in helping us work thru and get it resolved.

It has been 60 days since we billed them, still no payment!!! Do not do business with them. Accounting doesn't pick up the phone, hardly ever replies to the email!!! All they do is that they keep promising that they will pay, just the question is when and if they really will. Horrible!

Great experience and excellent service. Working with Derek and his team was a pleasure. Very professional, very responsive and assisted with a time sensitive shipment making the process very easy and cost effective.

We were sold a fraudalant load that was double/triple brokered by the company Pin-Point initially brokered the load through. Pin-Point worked hard to resolve the matter and make sure that we got paid for the work we did.

I received the call from pinpoint Logistics they never left me a voicemail. It was from Chicago Illinois's number . I didn't answer

They will not pay you. Stay away...unless you want to waist your resources. AGAIN THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU.
