Golf Properties Design did an average job for my project. The team was okay, but their level of creativity and innovation fell short of what I expected. The design they provided was decent, but it lacked the wow factor. Additionally, their communication was lacking at times, and the project took longer than anticipated. Overall, while they delivered, I believe there are better options available.
