John Gillian was our sales guy, and he definitely went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. From start to finish he was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to provide amazing customer service. This is our first vehicle from Oakridge, but we will definitely be back and can recommend John with confidence that he will treat them with the same respect, knowledge and service we received. Mark Stewart (finance) was also really great. He explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable and accessible for any questions, and made sure we got the best value for our money. We were not expecting such welcoming, "small town" hospitality from a city dealership, but we definitely received that and more.
