Our business was receiving many calls daily with no one on the line.
I spoke to Steve about it and he outlined a plan for me to keep track of each call for a week. After a week we talked and I shared the log I'd been keeping. He looked into the calls and got back to me quickly regarding
their origin. Thanks to him peace has been restored, and we no longer have endless calls with no one
on the line.
