Gujarati cuisine is distinctive in it's wide variety of 'Farsan'. There are a number of vendors in baroda for it. But the one which has a lasting impression on my mind is 'Jagdish Farsan'.
If you haven't visited 'Jagdish' yet, you are missing the perks of living in baroda.
Baroda without 'Jagdish' would be 'chai' without toast, burger without fries, Gujarat without 'garba'. Jagdish has been serving baroda now for around seven decades, with a wide range of traditional sweets and namkeens!
Also, 'Leelo chevdo' and 'Bhakarwadi' being the foremost love of Gujaratis in farsan, 'Jagdish' has made it to the top.
The USP (Unique Selling Point) of 'Jagdish Farsan' would be It has maintained it's quality and taste till now, that It's still the dearest to the Barodians.
