Questrade is fine if, and ONLY IF, the things you need to do are available through the website on a self-serve basis.
If however you need to talk to someone in support or get something done that isn't available through the website, then you're better off switching to another company. It would actually be less of a hassle to switch companies then to deal with their support team.
The support people put no effort into helping you. No two support people are capable of giving you the same answer. Every support person gives you a different answer to your questions. Each person gives you a different set of procedures, none of which are correct.

I finally decided to close my account after years of hanging on, hoping they would improve. There is no way to contact management to voice your concerns. They have no intention of improving.
