My husband and I were greeted by Joe Howland in the parking lot at Bob Jass Chevrolet. Joe's magnetic smile and friendliness showed us that here was a salesman, who was genuine to the core. He showed us around and was very understanding of our price range. He brought out a 2020 Equinox that he felt was a great value for what we could afford. We test drove it, with Joe explaining in detail all the features on it. In less than a week, we were sold on it! Working with Joe Howland, Ryan Easter (who is also honest and wonderful to deal with), and others was such a great experience. This is the 4th car we have purchased through Bob Jass Chevrolet and they are the only ones we trust with our car purchasing needs...
