My experience today with Appleton Campbell was the best I've ever had with an HVAC service provider. Bill Dooly and Ed (sorry, forgot last name) responded to a call to check a burnt wire in the oil furnace unit in a property I have for sale (discovered by a home inspector) and diagnosed a potentially dangerous furnace fire situation that was missed by my previous service provider. They even noticed that the heat pump (dual-fuel system) was wired backwards and not blowing air in the correct direction, which they corrected. Their service was friendly, expert, and professional and left me feeling confident of the result. I will now switch the service contract at my residence to Appleton Campbell. I wish I had known of them sooner.
