This company does have a good product in turms of an automated medication dispensing system for nursing homes.... unfortunately that is where all the good ends. Billing is not done well at each individual pharmacy, resulting in many errors that the patients have to pay for. When I left the company, management was more interested in sending people to collection agency then in making sure the balances were actually owed by the patients. I left this coming because my conscience would not allow me to comply with their unethical demands. If you got a bill from this company I highly recommend disputing it (and don t settle for the we did bill your insurance answer). Your insurance may have been billed, but that doesn t mean it was billed correctly.
