DO NOT HIRE CRYSTAL STEVENSON. If you want an agent who is responsive and professional, this is NOT your realtor. I have a house for sale in Anderson. Crystal Stevenson called and requested a showing at 1 p.m. I asked the tenant to make sure that the house was ready show. She did. Crystal arrived with her client late, and they walked through and told my tenant they loved it and would be back at 4:30 p.m. with their brother to make a final decision. My tenant agreed to be there for them.

4:30 came and went with no sign of the Crystal or her client. After calls that were sent to voicemail and no returned texts, we gave up at 6 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., I got a text that her client wasn't interested because of the size of the backyard. Something that could and should have been determined by a simple drive by of the property. As such, we wasted more than 6 hours waiting on her and she didn't have the decency to call or text. This is the kind of lack of professionalism that you should expect from Crystal.

Moreover, I asked for her broker's name and number. She told me she wouldn't give it to me. Accordingly, I looked it up and no one would even answer my call. I had to file a report the with South Carolina realtors to even get them to communicate with me. RUN!
