H R Owen/Broughtons Aston Martin Cheltenham Review

We turned up with no advanced booking to enquire about servicing and vehicles and we were met by the most friendly team of enthusiastic people I have ever met in a dealership selling quality cars. If you are interested in a new or quality used Aston Martin I would highly recommend.

i love my new Aston and i really enjoyed the experience of buying from H.R OWEN,

Great cars, stylish showroom, dull and ineffective salesman.

A very friendly, professional and experienced sales and support team. The team at HR Owen made me very comfortable with the purchase of a used V8 Vantage; from the first contact, through a tour of the Gaydon factory, excellent test drive to the final handover day. These cars are sophisticated pieces of engineering and a knowledgeable adviser is essential. A great moment when I picked up the car and overall an enjoyable experience throughout. The flowers for Sarah capped a memorable day. I will be using HR Owen again when I upgrade to a new model.

Curate's egg - some parts of the customer service ware excellent but lack of attention to detail, especially in the presentation of the vehicle, disappointed me in what should have been a joyous experience, acquiring my first Aston Martin. I hope to have reason to amend this review more favourably in light of what i have said to Aston Martin, Cheltenham.

I would definitely recommend Aston Martin Cheltenham H R Owen, having had a few test drives and a few visits to their showroom I was well looked after when I purchased my first Aston Martin V8 Vantage S I have had it two years now and I love it.

We turned up without an appointment just to take a look around some of the cars, during the covid pandemic (not at the height, when we were allowed out). The sales man was very helpful and friendly, he spent some considerable time talking through the cars with us and showing us the ones we were interested in. Will return to this dealership over the Bristol one much friendly.
