It is a terrible experience in this hotel. I ve never meet this situation in any hotel. Their facility is not good. The water is not warm enough to take a shower. I contacted the front desk many times, but they could not do anything. The engineers just let the water running for about 30 mins, then water was warm a bit. And they told me the whole floor have same problem. The lower floors may have hot shower water. I changed rooms from 31st floor to 26th to 12nd. The clerk waived my resort fee only. It took me 3 hours on that problem. The facet in room 2668 is broken after checking the water temperature.
