Great shopping experience. Had friendly staff, made our purchase. Then it all went downhill. When we had questions about paperwork that they did not file, they failed to respond to emails. Kept passing us around to various departments, no one assisted us. Took seven months of back and forth and still no resolution. If you plan to buy a BMW look elsewhere. Sad thing is , I am now looking to replace my wife's car. She wanted an X5, looks like we will head elsewhere, maybe even Audi. BMW of Sterling has lost our business for good.
