Great experience working with them. We started our search looking for a used Highlander but then narrowed it down to a new 2020 RAV4 (they re just amazing cars). Adolfo was our sales guy, and man that guy knows his stuff. He was very patient with the whole process and very responsive too regarding our queries. We didn t feel at all being pushed by him, which has been my concern with the sales people always.

Due to high demand, we had to put a refundable deposit on the car as it was supposed to come in about a month and Adolfo helped us with that. We ended up getting the car through another dealership as we wanted it sooner and requested Adolfo to refund the deposit which he was again super helpful with. He made sure to talk to the finance department and get our deposit back without us even going into the dealership.

It was great working with Adolfo at Carlsbad Toyota and I wish they had the car in stock. If you re looking for a car at their dealership, definitely hit up my man Adolfo. He s a great guy and you ll love working with him through your car buying journey.
