My husband is very upset and disappointed with the customer service representatives, we purchased a 2016 Tahoe brand new from them I had a blow out on highway 20/59 along with the kids on Sunday August 7th he called early Monday morning reached service department lady by the name of Jennifer states to come in we can get that taken care of for you when my husband arrive he spoke with 2 gentleman that was very rude and didn't have a care in the world never inspected the tire just assumed I ran over something which I didn't remind you the sensor went off but it was saying the front tire on passenger side was flat needed air which the side that blew out was the left back tire on driver side the vehicle was purchased brand new off the lot now with only 10,000 miles the situation could have been handled better than it was if you call yourself working in a professional environment, my husband been building tires for 12 years now he inspected the tire also another company as well we was told the tire had a malfunction, it blew out in the shoulder the tire came off the whole rim, me and my kids are thankful to be alive today,the guys from customer service says it a road hazard which I can't accept that due to the way the tire blew off, so we are going to take this a little further due to the poor customer service,the way they tried to treat him and defaults that they should have replaced,we will never ever will recommend anyone nor do we plan on coming back for any reason's at all, I wish I could post pics of the tire you all get no stars from us.
