Stayed for a conference this week. Our company paid with a company check, but the hotel still placed a hold on our credit cards. We spent the first 3 evenings along with another coworker trying to get them to cancel the hold on our money! We spoke to 2 different managers. The room that I stayed had a terrible AC! It was loud when it would come on and just as loud when it would turn off. It was like a plane was landing!
