Too much self-service.

On entry there was just one member of staff to offer help and roughly 6 different customers needing assistance. The check-in machine directed me to the "other" appointment desk with no signage to say where that was. It turned out that it was actually that sole staff member I needed to see to check me in for my appointment.

I received a very good level service from Zoe following though.

This could be far better an easier.
